It’s live and it’s real. P90X One on One Upper Body X is hard-core resistance for your upper body with some excruciating stuff. We’re talking 3-Dog Push-Ups that go straight into 4-Ball Pike Presses. Or Bent-Over Circle Flys that will have you sweating and cursing. Just like Tony.

Tony’s got resistance moves that engage everything from kneecaps to shoulders. Stuff like Forearm Plank Tricep Kickbacks and One-Arm Bench Dips. (Dude, it was already hard with two!) Prepare to sweat buckets.
